Dear parents,

I hope everyone is keeping safe and doing well.

I would like to invite and provide notice of the AGM on Saturday 25th June at 7.15 at Coolmine.

Please note that Saturday 25th June is the final play this season and the plan for the evening is as follows:

• 6pm – players attend as normal
• 7pm – festivities and party planned to mark the end of season
• 7:15pm – parents requested to be present to attend the AGM conducted by the committee members.
• 8pm – finish as normal.

The last two seasons we conducted the AGM via a Zoom meeting.

It will be great to resume personal meetings.

I will be issuing the papers for the AGM shortly, but in the meantime if you have any questions, please reach out to the committee.
