It is now clear that badminton for our club has finished for the current season and we will not resume playing in Coolmine until September 2020.
Due to covid-19 restrictions, it is not feasible to hold an Annual General Meeting for the club at the present time. The AGM will take place during the next season.
As per the recent email from the CBC Badminton Secretary, please return the completed form by the end of June 2020.
Stay safe and look forward to seeing you again for the next season!
Following HSE guidelines with regard to the Covid-19, CBC Badminton Club will remain closed until further notice.
Hi all,
Please note that there will be no Badminton training this St Patrick day’s weekend.
We will be returning back on Saturday 21st March.
Thank you
Hope you all have a good break and ready to play again.
Training session will resume this Saturday 4th January 2020.
See you there!
We have a very good racket (available due to the club participation in league matches last year) to raffle at the final session of 2019 on 14th of December.
Each raffle ticket costs €5 and each player can buy a maximum of 4 tickets.
The tickets will be on sale at the start of the 7th December and 14th December training sessions.
All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the local Saint Vincent De Paul charity.
A great chance to win a brilliant racket for a fiver and do a good deed!
The racket is a Yonex Nanoray 900.
