Submitting match reports:

The Match report must be fully completed by all team managers and be signed by each respective team captain.

 When sending the match report by E-Mail (mailto:4juv.leagues@gmail .com) please ensure that each match report is sent with a descriptive subject such as:

Subject:  Under 15 Mixed Div 2 Section C,  CBC1 vs. Knocklyon2

Submitting your teams match report:

 (1)    You can take a 1Meg photo of a match report with a camera phone and send it in the above format to e-mail  4juv.leagues@gmail .com and a copy to cbcd15@gmail.com.

(2) You can scan the Match report  and send it in the above format to e-mail  4juv.leagues@gmail .com  and a copy to cbcd15@gmail.com. If scanning the report please scan in the PDF format.
